Pitted Dry Dates

Our Pitted Deglet Nour Dates are prepared with meticulous care to bring you the finest quality, texture, and taste. The journey begins at the Tolga Oasis in Biskra, Algeria, where only the ripest, golden dates are selected for processing. Once harvested, each date undergoes a thorough washing process to remove any surface impurities, ensuring a pristine and delicious final product.

Next, the dates are gently pitted in a specialized process that carefully removes the pits without damaging the delicate fruit. This method preserves the date's natural shape and succulent texture. Finally, the pitted dates are lightly dried, which locks in their rich, honey-like flavor and extends their freshness.
